Isulong SEOph ranking review, the prizes and Google’s NOODP malfunction

Just how stable is the current Isulong SEOph ranking? Are we still going to see a different number 1 site this month? Or on the next month?
What are these Isulong SEOph competitors really competing for? Is it worth the time and effort?
Observed by a former co-worker of mine, Mishon Tuknov, and posted it in Digital Point Forums on the observation that Google is not following NOODP contrary to their announcement for the support of the tag.
